Terms and conditions
Last updated: November 2, 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all quotes and assignments that Move 37 BV carries out under the name SprintRender. Please read them before you accept a quote: by accepting it, you agree to them.
Who we are
Move 37 BV provides its services under the name SprintRender. Registered office: Wolfjagerslei 36, 2140 Antwerpen, enterprise number 0737.853.759, VAT BE0737.853.759, RPR Antwerpen, afdeling Antwerpen. Every quote, assignment and invoice runs through Move 37 BV: your contract is with Move 37 BV.
You can reach us at info@sprintrender.be.
Scope
These terms apply to every quote and every contract between Move 37 BV and the client, whether a business or a consumer. Where a rule applies only to businesses or only to consumers, this is stated.
Arrangements in the quote take precedence over these terms. The client's own terms and conditions do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.
Quote and contract
A quote is valid for 30 days, unless it states a different period. The contract is formed when you accept the quote, in writing or by e-mail.
The quote states the images, the price and, where applicable, the deposit and the expected delivery time. Prices for consumers include VAT; prices for businesses exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Briefing and materials supplied
A short briefing is enough: we translate your plan into a complete image. Whatever the plan or the briefing does not specify, we fill in using our own design judgement. The more complete your information on materials, colours, furnishing and surroundings, the closer the first result will be to what you expect.
You warrant that you may lawfully use the plans, documents and images you supply and send them to us, including the personal data of others they contain, such as that of the client or the architect or the project address. You also warrant that this does not infringe the rights of others, such as the architect's copyright.
Correction round and additional work
Every image is checked personally against your plan, and one correction round is included. Please send us your comments for that round all at once, within 14 days of the delivery of the first images. If we receive no comments within that period, the images are deemed approved.
The correction round covers deviations from the plan or the briefing, details that were not specified and that we filled in ourselves, and minor adjustments within the same concept: a different choice of material or colour, moving or swapping furniture, planting, lighting mood or time of day, or a small shift of the camera position.
Additional work is: a new or changed plan, a different camera position or an extra image, a different style or an entirely different concept, adjustments caused by incorrect information in the plan or the briefing, further correction rounds and changes after approval of the final images. We charge additional work at the rate in the quote or, if there is none, once you have agreed to the price.
If an image deviates from the plan or the briefing through our fault, we always correct it free of charge, even outside the correction round.
Delivery
We deliver the images digitally, by e-mail or through a restricted project page. The delivery time in the quote is a target date. It only starts once we have received all the information we need and, where applicable, the deposit, and it moves when the information is incomplete or changes during the assignment.
If we are at risk of missing the delivery time, we let you know straight away. A delay does not entitle you to damages or termination, unless the time was expressly agreed as binding or the delay is unreasonably long.
Nature of the images and use of AI
Our images show a design: buildings, interiors, products and gardens as they are planned, not as they exist today. They are a visualisation, not a photograph. Nor are they a technical drawing, a bill of quantities or a binding representation of the end result: do not use them as a basis for construction, dimensions, quantities or orders.
To create and edit our images, we use AI tools, among others. AI can make mistakes: details that deviate from the plan, incorrect proportions or elements that do not belong. We check every image against your plan, but cannot rule out that an error remains. Please check the images yourself before you approve, use or publish them.
If you publish the images, for example on a website, on social media or in a property listing, present them as what they are: a visualisation of a design, not a photograph (for example with the caption "Artist's impression, not a photograph").
Businesses are themselves responsible for the use of the images in their communication, including the rules on misleading advertising and commercial practices, and indemnify Move 37 BV against third-party claims arising from it.
Usage rights
Move 37 BV retains the intellectual property rights in the images, insofar as such rights exist. Once paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, unlimited in time, to use the delivered images for the project they show: among other things for sale, rental, permit applications and the promotion and communication of that project, including by your partners in that project, such as the architect, the contractor or the estate agent.
Without our written permission, you do not use the images for other projects and do not sell or license them as such, for example as stock images. Cropping and resizing are allowed.
Working files and intermediate versions, such as 3D models, remain with us and are not delivered, unless the quote says so.
We only show images of your project as a reference, on our website or on social media, if you explicitly agree, and then without the addresses or names of private individuals.
Price and payment
We invoice according to the quote. If the quote includes a deposit, we start the assignment once it has been received. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Businesses: in the event of late payment, the interest and the fixed compensation for recovery costs set by the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions are due automatically and without notice of default.
Consumers: in the event of late payment, we first send a free reminder. If you do not pay within the period stated in that reminder, which is at least 14 days, interest and damages are due within the limits of Book XIX of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
As long as an invoice that is due remains unpaid, we may suspend delivery of the final images. The right to use the images only arises once paid in full.
Withdrawal and cancellation
Consumers: if you conclude the contract at a distance, for example by e-mail, you can withdraw from it within 14 days of accepting the quote without giving any reason. Tell us so clearly at info@sprintrender.be. If you expressly ask us to start the assignment within that period, you pay an amount in proportion to the work already done if you withdraw. If the assignment has been fully performed within that period at your express request, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, you can no longer withdraw.
If you want to cancel an accepted assignment outside that right of withdrawal, please tell us in writing. We then charge for the work already done.
Liability
Move 37 BV is not liable for damage resulting from decisions, works, orders or publications based on the images. We correct errors that are our fault free of charge; for businesses, that is the only compensation we owe for them. In any event, our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the assignment concerned.
These limitations do not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence, and not insofar as the law prohibits them, in particular towards consumers.
Personal data and processing on your behalf
How we process personal data is set out in our privacy statement.
If a business's materials contain personal data of others, such as names or addresses in plans, and we process that data solely on behalf of that business, the business is the controller and Move 37 BV is a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. In that case, the following applies:
- We process that data only to create the images you commission from us. The assignment counts as your written instruction, except where the law requires us to process data; we will then tell you, unless the law prohibits it.
- It concerns identification and contact details and addresses of, for example, building clients, architects and occupants, as they appear in the materials supplied. We process them for as long as the assignment runs and within the retention periods in the privacy statement.
- Anyone at our end with access to the data is bound by confidentiality. We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
- You give us general authorisation to engage sub-processors for hosting, e-mail and the creation and editing of images, including providers of AI models, as described in the privacy statement. We impose equivalent obligations on them and inform you of intended changes; you may object to them.
- We assist you, as far as reasonable, with requests from data subjects and with the obligations under Articles 32 to 36 GDPR. We notify you of a personal data breach without undue delay.
- Afterwards, we erase the data in line with the retention periods in the privacy statement, or return it to you earlier on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- We make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance, and cooperate with an audit, after reasonable prior notice and at your expense.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and every contract are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, we first look for a solution together with you. If that fails, disputes with businesses fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Antwerp division. For consumers, the statutory rules on jurisdiction apply. Consumers can also turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.consumentenombudsdienst.be).
Final provisions
If a provision of these terms is void or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in force. We then replace that provision with a valid one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.
We may update these terms. An assignment is governed by the terms that applied when you accepted the quote. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
